”Storyteller,” “Guest,” “You” and “Your” are synonymous terms that appear throughout this website and agreement that refer to the individual who appears as a guest on the “No Further Information” podcast (“Podcast”).

“Podcast” refers to the “No Further Information” podcast, the entity, company, organization, business, and company, along with its host(s), participants, agents, employees, assigns, owner(s), and stakeholders.

“Owner” refers to the individual(s) who maintain(s) control and is/are the principal stakeholders and officers of the Podcast.

“Media Program” refers to any appearance, episode, image, likeness, recorded media, including audio or visual recordings that are captured of You.

Any content or materials relating to the production and distribution of the Media Program are property of the Podcast and Owner, and the Podcast and Owner have the sole rights to use, publish and distribute them in any and all media formats on all platforms worldwide, as they see fit, in perpetuity.

You consent to be recorded in audio format as part of Your appearance on the Podcast.

You understand that nothing stated in these Terms and Conditions implies that the Podcast or its Owner has the right to exploit any of the rights granted to the Podcast or Owner.

You understand and agree that you will receive no compensation for any appearances made on the Podcast or Media Program, unless previously agreed upon in writing, separately from these Terms and Conditions.

You understand and agree to your voice being used on the Podcast and Media Program, including any advertising or promotion material for the Podcast and Media Program.

You grant the Podcast and Owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to publish any content, including the recording, that You supply as part of Your appearance on the Podcast and Media Program. You also grant the right for Podcaster and Owner to use, exploit, distribute, and make derivative works of the recording and any materials made available to the Podcaster in connection with the Podcast. You reserve the rights to any of Your own materials merely mentioned on the Podcast, including any proprietary materials, trademarks, or trade names.

You understand and agree to your name and image being used on the Media Program, including any advertising or promotion material for the Media Program, if previously agreed upon in writing, separately from these Terms and Conditions.

You hereby releases and discharges the Podcast and Owner from any and all liability arising from or in connection to the making, producing, reproducing, distributing, publishing, and promotion by any means or otherwise using the Media Program production.

You are waiving any intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, trademark and copyright infringement claims associated with personal or business interests discussed during Your appearance on the Podcast.

You are waiving any right to publicity and privacy claims, and agree that Your name, likeness, and business information may be used by Podcaster in the episode in which You appear and future reproductions or derivative works, as well as the marketing materials supporting the Podcast in general. Your name or likeness may not be used as an endorsement of any product or service.

You understand that Podcast and Owner are the sole owners of any and all rights to the Podcast content, including any and all Media Programs in which You or your likeness, voice, image, or persona appear. You further acknowledge and agree that Podcast and Owner have the right to edit the content of Your appearance and publish the same in any media available now and any available in the future without first obtaining Your approval. You understand that the Media Program(s) may or may not be distributed.

You release Podcast and Owner from any liability arising out of my appearance on the Podcast or its production, editing, reproduction, and distribution in any medium.

You warrant that Podcast and Owner have the right to bind You to this type of agreement and that anything discussed on the Podcast is information that you have the right to discuss in a public forum.

You understand that there is no agency relationship between You and Podcast or Owner, and that You are not an owner of the Podcast, Media Program or its content in any way.
